Payment, Refund & Cancellation

Fees are charged for use of the Services on the Site as set forth on the Site. You are responsible for payment and/or deposit at the time of booking Services or on the day when you receive the Services. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If notification is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Services, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the scheduled Services.

If you fail to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment, you will be charged the full deposit of the scheduled Services.

No Call, No Show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
